1. No cancellation
Once a player registration or team application has been submitted, it cannot be cancelled through this website. UPL does not accept voluntary cancellation requests after submission.
2. No refunds
All registration, application and tournament-related payments are non-refundable once successfully paid. UPL does not provide refunds because of a change of mind, non-participation, failure to attend, personal circumstances, rejection of an application, or failure to satisfy tournament eligibility requirements.
3. No returns
UPL does not sell physical goods through this website. Therefore, there is no return or exchange process.
4. Payment failures
If a payment attempt fails and the amount is not successfully received by UPL, no service is considered paid for that failed transaction. Any temporary hold or reversal made by a bank or payment provider is handled by the relevant bank/payment provider according to its procedures.
5. Payment disputes
If you believe a transaction was processed incorrectly, contact the UPL Organising Committee with the transaction reference and relevant details. UPL will review the transaction record. This does not create a general right to a refund.
6. Future Razorpay payments
If Razorpay is activated on the website in the future, this policy will continue to apply to UPL services unless an updated policy is published. Payment processing will be subject to the applicable payment provider terms as well.
