Uttar Lakshmipur Premier League (UPL) is a local cricket tournament operated by its organising committee. This website is used for tournament information, player registration, team applications, fixtures, results, standings, news and related tournament services.
2. Registration
Applicants must provide accurate, complete and current information. A player or team application is not automatically an approval to participate. The UPL Organising Committee may review, approve, reject, or request correction of an application.
3. Player information and photographs
Applicants are responsible for the information and photograph submitted through the website. By submitting a registration, the applicant confirms that the information is accurate and authorises UPL to use the submitted information for tournament administration and, where applicable, display approved player information on the public player directory.
4. Team applications
Team applications are subject to verification by the organising committee. Submission of an application does not guarantee selection, participation or a place in the tournament.
5. Payments
Any applicable fee displayed on the website is for the relevant tournament service or application. At present, Razorpay online payment is not active on this website. Where manual payment is requested, applicants must follow the payment instructions displayed on the relevant page.
6. No cancellation
Once a registration or team application has been submitted, it cannot be cancelled through the website. UPL does not accept voluntary cancellation requests after submission.
7. No return or refund
UPL does not provide returns or refunds for registration, application or tournament-related fees once payment has been successfully made. Applicants should review the applicable fee and these terms before making any payment.
8. Tournament decisions
The organising committee may change fixtures, venues, schedules, team allocations or tournament arrangements when necessary. Committee decisions concerning eligibility and tournament participation are final, subject to applicable law and tournament rules.
9. Prohibited use
Users must not submit false information, impersonate another person, upload unlawful or harmful content, attempt to access the admin system, interfere with the website, or misuse tournament information.
10. Changes
UPL may update these terms when required. The latest version published on this website will apply to future use of the website.
